Returns & Refunds

    1. Overview

    inStore connects you with local shops in your city. Each order is sold by the shop you buy from, which is the seller of record for your purchase. inStore facilitates ordering, payment, and delivery logistics, including the pickup of returned items. This policy explains how to return a product and get a refund.

    2. Return Window

    You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, with any seals, tags, and accessories intact.

    3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

    For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return once delivered or opened:

    • Perishable goods and food items
    • Opened cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products
    • Medicines, pharmacy, and parapharmacy products
    • Custom-made or personalized items
    • Products explicitly marked as non-returnable at checkout

    This does not affect your statutory rights for products that arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described.

    4. How to Start a Return

    1. Open your order in the inStore app and select the item you want to return.
    2. Choose a reason for the return and submit your request.
    3. We arrange pickup by one of our riders, or you can drop the item back at the shop.
    4. Once the shop receives and inspects the item, your refund is approved.

    5. Refunds

    Once your return is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Refund timing after that depends on your bank or payment provider. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product.

    6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return and a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.

    7. Return Shipping Costs

    Returns due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item are free. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return pickup may be deducted from your refund. The applicable cost is shown to you before you confirm the return.
