It arrives the same day in Rome and in 2 or 3 working days in the rest of Italy. The products come from real shops in Rome: groceries, pharmacy, stationery and home.

Write what you need, the way you would tell a shop assistant: "a fragrance free face cream", "lined notebooks for second grade", "groceries for a dinner for four". The assistant searches the shops' shelves, suggests products and you add them to your cart in one tap. You pay online and choose how to receive them. Asking is free.

In Rome, within 10 km of the centre, same day delivery costs €4.90 and arrives in 45 to 90 minutes, from 11:00 to 21:00. From the next day, at a time you choose, it costs €3.50. To the rest of Italy we ship by courier for €6.90. From €119 of products delivery is free, in Rome and in the rest of Italy alike.

Yes, at the shops that offer pickup, and it is free. You pay online and collect at the counter: the order is usually ready in a quarter of an hour. If you prefer, you choose the day and time. You get an email with the shop's address and the code to show.

Products from the shops on inStore, in four departments: Groceries (food, pantry and pets), Pharmacy (medicines, supplements and beauty), Stationery (school, office, fine art and bags) and Home (kitchen, decor and cleaning). Every product carries the price and stock of the shop that sells it.
